Years ago, NEXSPC built China's first Web-based SPC. Today, NEXSPC 4.0 redefines 21st-century quality management standards with its 'Simple, Powerful, and Boundless' approach.
We are here to challenge the status quo of industrial software.
Years ago, when the industry was monopolized by heavy, costly Windows client-based software, we asked a bold question: 'Why can't managing factory quality data be as simple as browsing the web?'
This question birthed China's first fully B/S-based Web SPC system. Today, NEXSPC has grown into the most comprehensive and advanced Web SPC solution in China, leading the way from single machines to enterprise-wide deployments.
Quality without borders, service across time zones
For multinational manufacturers or factories with foreign employees, NEXSPC offers the industry's most comprehensive language pack support.
Global Deployment
APAC · Europe · Americas — Interconnected
Centered in China, covering Japan, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Helping Tier 1 suppliers in East Asia achieve cross-border data synergy.
Active in Germany, Finland, Denmark, and Ireland. Gaining trust in mainland Europe, where industrial standards are most stringent.
Covering the USA and Mexico. Supporting the digitalization of high-end manufacturing and supply chains in North America.
Whether your factory is in Suzhou, Penang, or Munich, NEXSPC's Web architecture ensures you see real-time CPK fluctuations for every production line from your headquarters.
Our mission is simple yet grand: To build the best SPC product in the world.
We reject bloat, complexity, and inflated pricing. We firmly believe: Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Through 'Democratizing Technology,' we enable both SMEs and large groups to own enterprise-grade SPC at an accessible cost.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
We are not just writing code; we are digitizing 20 years of quality management wisdom.
During his tenure leading quality and algorithm work at top manufacturing enterprises (Oppein, Infinitus), founder Binwei Liang deeply felt the high cost and rigidity of traditional foreign SPC software. To promote the popularization of local quality management technology, he founded the famous tech blog "Practical Statistics." Through long-term shop floor practice and communication with engineers, the idea of creating a "next-generation agile Web SPC" was born.
NEXSPC's underlying statistical algorithm engine was officially established. Early versions primarily served large manufacturing enterprises with extremely strict data requirements in the form of deeply customized projects. The team went deep into CNC machines and automated production lines, overcoming engineering challenges like high-frequency data collection and complex control chart calculations, accumulating the most solid and hardcore underlying codebase.
After two years of project refinement and architectural reconstruction, NEXSPC 2.0 was officially released as standardized commercial software. It pioneered the disruptive business model of "pure browser access, 1-day rapid on-premise deployment, and lifetime buyout with unlimited users." With extremely high cost-effectiveness and a friendly user experience, it quickly helped numerous SMEs cross the threshold of quality digitalization.
In line with the Industry 4.0 wave, NEXSPC welcomed a major leap in the IIoT era. Version 3.0 fully integrated industrial communication protocols like MQTT, OPC, and TCP, thoroughly breaking down data silos between equipment and software. It simultaneously launched highly customizable "dynamic real-time dashboards" and omni-channel (WeChat, DingTalk, Email) alert mechanisms, truly achieving "second-level discovery and second-level closed-loop" in factory quality management.
The stunning launch of NEXSPC 4.0 marks the system's official transition from "data monitoring" to the "smart decision-making" era. It innovatively introduces Large Language Model (LLM) chart interpretation and high-frequency data smart sampling technologies. The core engine is upgraded with expert Black Belt tools like Box-Cox non-normal transformation and integrated MSA. Supporting 11 languages, NEXSPC is empowering global high-tech supply chains—like aerospace, semiconductors, and automotive electronics—with world-class technical standards.
Senior SPC & Quality Algorithm Expert, Founder of "Practical Statistics" and NEXSPC
Mr. Binwei Liang graduated from Jinan University with a degree in Statistics and has 20 years of practical experience deeply rooted in statistics and manufacturing data analysis. He is the founder of the decade-old tech blog "Practical Statistics" (statr.cn) and the professional-grade Web SPC system NEXSPC. He has long been committed to breaking down the barriers between "data science" and the "industrial frontline," driving manufacturing enterprises to achieve visualized process quality and data-driven decision-making.
Binwei Liang has successively worked for large, well-known enterprises such as Infinitus (China) Co., Ltd. and Oppein Home Group, possessing exceptionally rich engineering practice in quality data modeling and manufacturing digitalization.
Led the R&D of board utilization prediction models and aluminum cutting optimization algorithms, saving the enterprise over ten million RMB in material costs annually through statistical and simulation algorithms. Simultaneously designed and promoted the group-wide SPC monitoring system.
During his nearly decade-long tenure, he planned and built the QMS console and data analysis platform from scratch. He deeply integrated SPC theory with machine learning, connecting LIMS, ERP, and WMS to build real-time data flows, achieving automated quality monitoring across factories with an anomaly recognition rate of 90%.
Distinct from traditional quality managers or pure software developers, Mr. Liang is a rare, multidisciplinary expert:
As the long-term operator and evangelist of "Practical Statistics," Binwei Liang gained profound insights into industry pain points during corporate training and project implementations: traditional quality software is often bloated, rigid, expensive, and severely disconnected from frontline realities.
To address this, he combined 20 years of understanding of industrial pain points with an advanced Python algorithm engine to independently design and develop NEXSPC. Adhering to the philosophy of "minimalism, professionalism, and agility," he is dedicated to creating a low-cost, high-efficiency, installation-free Web-based SPC system, helping factories quickly cross the threshold of digitalization, ensuring that "an alarm means a real problem," and making data the core driver for enterprise cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
