Nex SPC System Business Process Diagram

Nex SPC is a highly cost-effective, enterprise-level SPC system built on a pure B/S architecture. It supports private on-premises deployment, ensuring complete data security and control, and can be launched in as fast as one day. The system adopts a one-time, perpetual server licensing model (buyout).

It also breaks the traditional software licensing barriers:

  • One-time buyout with unlimited users, unlimited data points, and unlimited dashboards
  • Accessible to all users via a web browser, truly enabling “Minitab for everyone”

Multi-source Data Integration & MSA Foundation

The system offers highly flexible openness. In addition to manual entry and Excel import, it supports automatic data collection via multiple protocols such as HTTP, TCP, MQTT, and OPC. Combined with the built-in MSA (Measurement System Analysis) module and support for 11 language versions, it establishes a reliable data foundation for multinational factories and automated workshops.

Advanced Analytics & Unlimited Visualization

The system supports a full suite of classic control charts such as I-MR and Xbar-R, and is fully compatible with the standard eight SPC rules as well as customizable anomaly detection rules. A key highlight is the one-click generation of comprehensive SPC analysis reports, including rainbow plots, box plots, normality tests, and more—enhanced with AI-powered interpretation. In addition, users can create an unlimited number of dynamic, composite, and statistical dashboards, with control charts updating in real time, making it ideal for shop-floor display screens.

Real-time Monitoring & Multi-channel Alerts

The backend continuously monitors SPC rule violations as well as CPK/PPK anomalies. Once a rule is triggered, the system immediately sends precise alerts multiple channels such as email, WeCom, DingTalk, Lark, MQTT, and APIs—enabling second-level response to quality issues.

With a rich set of statistical tools (such as T-tests and regression analysis) and open API interfaces, Nex SPC helps enterprises quickly build an automated quality management closed loop with minimal effort.
